I have a recipe that calls for Bleu cheese, but my mother doesn’t like Bleu cheese. Do you know another cheese that would have the same impact? What I’m making is burgers. It has all these spices and onions in the meat, then you wrap it around the cheese and then grill it. The you top it with portabella mushrooms and roasted red peppers. So, what other cheese would go?

Some of my sea monkeys have something like a chain of tiny units attached to them. One of them has a really long chain. I thought it could be eggs, but supposedly sea monkey eggs are carrying like a pouch near the stomach – not a in a chain attached to the sea monkey. I couldn’t find anything easily / immediately on google about it. What are these chains?

This Chalk (Upper Cretaceous, Burnham Formation) stack at West Cliff, Selwicks Bay, Flamborough, East Yorkshire, is severely deformed by folding and thrusting as part of the east-west trending Howardian Hills-Flamborough Fault belt, which is magnificently exposed in the northern part of Selwicks Bay.

Structures such as this are rare in the Chalk of northern England, but in the Flamborough area, these E-W belts of disturbed Chalk have been recognised since 1829 during the early years of geological surveying in the UK.

A comprehensive account of the structural geology of the Flamborough area is given in:
